Brett grew up on the water in Battersea, Ontario just north of Kingston. Before getting into real estate, Brett worked in many client service industries and also has a diverse construction background. While working for a number of years in direct marketing, Brett developed a love for building client relationships and a knack for negotiating. While working in construction, Brett gained experience in everything from home renovations and landscaping to road construction, making him an invaluable asset to our team and clients. 

In 2014 Brett made a career switch into real estate. This move came after he realized that real estate was the only industry that combined his multiple passions: sales, client relationships, negotiating, marketing, and property. By helping people with what’s often the largest investment of their lives using his technical knowledge, Brett gets to do what he loves every day. Joining the David Bradica Real Estate Team in 2018, Brett has proven to be incredibly skilled at helping clients acquire real estate investments, including rental properties and pre-construction properties. 

Brett truly sees our clients’ goals as his own, priding himself on his ability to stay active and available so our clients feel respected and confident that their transaction is being taken care of. He leverages his construction background to inform clients about potential opportunities so they can make educated investment decisions that will help them grow their wealth. Brett also works with commercial real estate where he assists clients with scouting and securing locations for their businesses. 

When Brett’s not helping clients with their next investment, he’s likely boating, water skiing, or sitting on the beach. His biggest dream is to build his perfect waterfront home one day.
