Iris is our client care and transaction coordinator, ensuring that all endeavours go according to plan. Before making a wonderful addition to the David Bradica Real Estate Team, Iris worked in the consulting department at Deloitte as a data analyst. It’s here where she spent five years in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, sharpening her analytical skills.

With this experience, Iris is highly capable at managing the day-to-day tasks for our clients’ transactions so that each process moves forward quickly and without error. Iris made the transition from corporate to real estate once she realized her impeccable skills could be used to help people in the community achieve their homeownership dreams. She’s been working in real estate since 2015 and excels in her role on our team while making each client feel like a welcome part of the family. 

Iris becomes intimately familiar with each transaction and in turn, develops a great rapport with all of our clients. Her warm energy and inviting nature help everyone feel at ease when trusting us to handle their largest financial transactions. Iris provides our clients with regular progress updates from start to finish and works alongside our team of agents to help provide a great experience for all.

Iris’ exceptional organization skills and talent for setting up and implementing process systems help to streamline each transaction and deliver impressive results. Coming from a high-pressure work environment, Iris understands what an important decision it is for our clients to buy, sell, or invest in real estate, and she compassionately assists them through every step with a smile.
