Meet Julie Bradica

Sales Representative

As a GTA native, Julie Bradica grew up in Burlington and has lived all over the region, including Milton, Mississauga, Etobicoke, and North York. During her university years, Julie lived in Waterloo where she attended Wilfrid Laurier University and obtained an honours business degree from the Lazaridis School of Business. From there she went on to complete her GE Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and her project management professional (PMP) designation.

Before real estate Julie worked in the mortgage finance industry for 15 years, specializing in project management and process improvement before making a career change. Although obtaining her real estate license in 2016, Julie has been involved in the industry since 2002 through her corporate job. In 2006 she began developing her personal investment portfolio along with her husband, David Bradica, and they both realized that real estate was their true passion. When Julie and David discovered they could achieve financial freedom through real estate, they wanted to help others like themselves achieve the same success.

With her specialized skill set in business and project management, Julie expertly oversees the operations and marketing for the David Bradica Real Estate Team. Because of her expertise helping corporate brands optimize their processes, Julie knows exactly how to organize and structure operations, systems, and procedures for our team so that everything we do to guide your purchase, sale, or investment is highly efficient and streamlined. It’s this continuous innovation that allows us to help our clients get more from their real estate transactions while spending less time on the market.

When she’s not immersed in real estate, Julie loves to travel and spend time with her husband David, their three kids, and the family puppy. She’s a nature enthusiast and enjoys hiking the many trails around Halton. Julie also loves to volunteer at her kids’ school, cooking, baking, scrapbooking, and spending time at the cottage.
