A wide variety of sports and activities are easily accessible with two recreation centres, parks and the Markland Golf Club. Whether you love to ski, skate, swim, play hockey, baseball, or hike, there are plenty of options to keep your family active!

If the art scene is more to your taste, the Neilson Park Creative Centre hosts events and art courses throughout the year.

Eatonville

Historic Eatonville began as a farming community in the early 1800s. It has developed into a diverse, vibrant community with mature trees, large lots, and well-maintained homes.

Many of the houses in Eatonville were built from the 1940s-1970s and range from bungalows to Cape Cod-style two-storey homes, condos, and large detached family homes.

The Bloor St. shopping district is a charming retail corridor, including plazas, food markets, and independent, locally-owned shops. The Westmall Bloor Plaza is close, as is Dundas St, which offers two shopping malls, restaurants and big box stores. Everything you need is close at hand!

You’ll also find the Eatonville Public Library and many parks with a baseball diamond, children’s playground, ice rink and swimming pool.
